Winter and Spring Registration Dates at CCBC

Transfer planning means selecting the correct courses while at CCBC.
Don't wait to register!

• Winter registration is underway now!  Winter courses are intensive and are not covered by financial aid.

• Spring 2011 course schedule will be available on-line November 8th with registration beginning November 15th.

Transfer Application Deadlines!

Transfer admission is getting more competitive - all students are encouraged to apply for transfer admission to any school well BEFORE the transfer deadlines posted.

• If you plan to transfer to another school this Spring 2011, apply by November 1, 2010.
• If you plan to transfer to another school next Fall 2011, apply by February 1st 2011 or earlier (some schools have an even earlier deadline if you would like to be eligible for scholarships).

Check each school’s Admissions Page for details. You are usually considered a ‘transfer’ student if you have 12 college credits or more earned at the time that you apply (showing on your transcript with grades). If you have fewer than 12 credits completed at the time you apply, you should discuss this with a counselor (you may or may not be considered a transfer student). Students with less than 30 credits showing on their transcripts will need to submit a high school transcript and SAT scores. Not sure about this? Visit the advising center on your campus.

Paper or Online? Online applications are preferred by most schools. Advantage: you can track your application’s process and quickly follow-up if any pieces of the application are missing.
